In the Mayoral election on 1 May, Labour's Ken Livingstone is fighting for his third term. His main challengers are the Conservative candidate Boris Johnson and the Liberal Democrats' Brian Paddick. In the latest of our agenda-setting debates, we are delighted to give readers the opportunity to hear all three on why they should be the next Mayor.
