Bound-In: 4pp and over, centre set
Pull-Through: Bound inserts appearing half at the front, half at the back
Tip-On: Gummed cards attached to the page
Onserts: Leaflet placed on top of the front or back page of the magazine (this carries a premium rate as this leaflet is visible through the polybag and is seen before bag is opened)
